Over the past three decades, Phil Hugh has held increasingly influential positions within several major hospitality brands, including Radisson Hotels Group Americas, Red Roof, Realogy Franchise Group, Development Opportunity Corp. and Cendant Corporation (now known as Wyndham Hotels and Resorts). This experience has given Hugh an understanding of development, sales, operations, and growth in the space. His passion and commitment to developing relationships, along with his approach

I have spent my career in search of telling a story for the brands that I have had the privilege of working for. I have worked across multiple industries in pursuit of engaging their audiences and each one had a unique story to tell. With the shift in how consume the stories we seek out, a focus on becoming a digital storyteller is what I have dedicated the last 20 years of my professional education. I have been able to help brands transform not only their story but how they engage with their audiences.
I have built brand storytelling, and creative strategy from the ground up and managed budgets from the tens of dollars to the millions. I have also built a large network of marketing relationships and partners across multiple audience segments.
